Try this in Claude Cowork

Open Claude Cowork (opens in a new tab)

Access to Cowork with plugin installation available. The Customer Support plugin installed.

  1. Open https://claude.com/marketplace/plugins/customer-support and choose Install in Cowork. Follow the provider instructions to install the Customer Support plugin.
  2. Start a task in Cowork and choose /draft-response from the installed plugin. Add the prompt and fictional input below as its context.
  3. Review the draft with the checklist. Keep internal notes separate. This example ends with a reviewed draft; send nothing.
  • Every factual statement matches the input.
  • The reply gives no invented repair date.
  • Internal checks are separate from customer text.
