Terms and Conditions

The rules for using JuicyAgents, reviewing recipes, submitting agents, payments, and resolving disputes.

Last updated: 13 October 2026. Version: 2026-10-13.

1. Who we are

JuicyAgents is operated by Maciej Chmura IdeaUnlock, with its registered business address at ul. Tadeusza Kościuszki 1, 32-020 Wieliczka, Poland, NIP / VAT ID 8652425764, REGON 18070444800000.

In these Terms, “JuicyAgents,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean this operator. “You” means a visitor, reviewer, creator, advertiser, or other customer using the relevant service.

Website: juicyagents.com.

Support and complaints: hi@alwaysqa.com. Please include “JuicyAgents” in the subject so we can identify the relevant service.

Content and intellectual property reports: hi@alwaysqa.com, with the subject “JuicyAgents content report”.

Official legal contact: hi@alwaysqa.com. You can contact us in English or Polish.

2. What JuicyAgents provides

JuicyAgents helps people find and compare AI agents, bots, skills, and related tools. We provide directory listings, search and filters, editorial descriptions, setup guides and recipes, illustrative examples, Find My Agents, and free tools.

Creators can submit their own agents and bots by email through our Add Agent page. Signed-in users can rate and review recipes. Paid advertising, paid listing submissions, and paid boosts may be introduced later. A paid service is available only when we expressly offer it.

JuicyAgents is a discovery service. Unless a separate agreement expressly says otherwise, we do not develop or operate the third-party tools listed, run their agents, connect to your external accounts, or perform tasks on your behalf.

A purchase of advertising or listing visibility from JuicyAgents is separate from any purchase you make from an agent or tool provider. That provider supplies its own product under its own contract, pricing, licences, and privacy practices.

We are responsible for the JuicyAgents services that we agree to provide. Describing third-party responsibilities does not remove our own legal duties.

3. Using the website and agreeing to these Terms

Basic browsing is free. You can stop browsing at any time. These Terms apply when you use the website, create an account, post a review, or submit content.

To use the website, you need an internet connection and a current browser with JavaScript enabled. Certain features need cookies, as described in our Cookie Policy. You are responsible for your own connection and device costs.

Before a paid order, we make these Terms available for you to read and save and ask you to accept them. A paid contract starts when we accept your order and send an order confirmation, subject to any different formation process clearly agreed in writing.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter the relevant agreement to create an account, submit content, or buy a paid service. If you act for a business or another person, you must have authority to do so.

Paid promotion services are primarily intended for businesses, creators, and professional users. This does not automatically exclude consumers or remove mandatory rights that may apply to an individual, including a sole trader whose purchase qualifies for consumer protections under Polish law.

If you create an account, provide accurate information, protect your login details, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity you authorise, subject to applicable law.

4. Third-party tools, guides, and AI risks

Listings may include information supplied by creators or taken from public sources. Information can change, including prices, features, permissions, and compatibility. Check important details with the provider before making a decision.

Inclusion in JuicyAgents, editorial placement, or a paid placement does not mean that we certify a product, endorse its claims, or guarantee its security, legality, or performance. Any specific testing claim must identify what was tested and its limits. Illustrative examples are not proof of a successful agent run.

AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable. Check outputs before relying on them. Guides and Find My Agents plans are general information and do not replace legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

Before installing a bot or skill, review its source, licence, permissions, and instructions. Test with sample data and limited permissions first. Do not share passwords, API keys, confidential business material, or personal data unless you have assessed the risks and have authority to share it.

Third-party websites and tools may introduce their own charges and risks. JuicyAgents does not promise a particular result from using them. This section does not exclude responsibility that the law places on us.

5. Submitting a listing or advertisement

Submit only content you own or are authorised to use and publish. This includes names, descriptions, logos, images, screenshots, code, prompts, testimonials, and links.

You must:

  • Give accurate information about the product, its owner, features, costs, and material limitations.
  • Clearly identify your relationship to the product and any paid or affiliate relationship relevant to your submission.
  • Have permission for any personal information, customer examples, logos, or quotations you include.
  • Follow applicable law, relevant third-party licences, and these Terms.
  • Keep links and material information current, and tell us about important changes or security issues.

You must not claim to own or represent someone else's product without authority. We may ask for reasonable evidence of ownership, permissions, or advertising claims before publication.

Submission is free and does not guarantee approval. We may decline content that breaks these Terms, lacks required information, falls outside the directory's scope, or cannot be published lawfully. Any paid review fee must be separately described and agreed before payment; it is not automatically a publication fee.

We may make formatting, spelling, or category corrections without changing the meaning of your claims. We will seek your agreement before materially changing the advertised product or an agreed paid offer.

6. Recipe reviews

Signed-in users can rate a recipe's setup guide from one to five stars and add a comment. Your review is shown publicly on the recipe page with your account name and the review date.

Reviews must reflect your own honest experience with that setup. Do not post a review you were paid or rewarded for without saying so, review a recipe on behalf of a product you own or compete with, or include personal details about other people. The rules in section 8 also apply.

We do not check that a reviewer has completed the setup. We do not edit reviews. Reviews are shown newest first, and every visible review counts toward the rating shown. You can edit or delete your own review at any time.

Signed-in users can report a review. We may hide a review that breaks these Terms; a hidden review no longer counts toward the rating. Section 12 explains how reports are handled and how to challenge a decision.

7. Content ownership and permission to display it

You keep ownership of the content you submit, including reviews.

You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, copy, format, display, and distribute that content as reasonably needed to operate the listing, review, or advert and show previews that link to it. We may allow hosting and technical service providers to do this only for those purposes. This permission does not let us sell your agent, relicense your code, or use your content to train AI models.

You can request removal of your submission, or delete your review yourself. The licence ends when the content is removed, except for limited copies needed for backups, legal records, or dispute handling. Those retained copies will not be used for new public promotion. We cannot control copies already saved by independent third parties.

Broader use in an unrelated advertising campaign requires separate permission. A paid placement may have an agreed display period; its cancellation and refund rules are described below.

Our original website design, branding, and editorial content remain ours or our licensors'. You may use instructions and examples for their stated purpose, subject to any stated licence. A link to third-party software does not grant rights beyond its own licence.

8. Prohibited use and content

Do not use JuicyAgents to publish or promote:

  • Fraud, impersonation, deceptive claims, fake testimonials, or manipulated reviews.
  • Malware, credential theft, unauthorised access, or tools advertised for unlawful activity.
  • Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, or other rights.
  • Unlawful hate, threats, exploitation, or abuse.
  • Private information or confidential material without authority.
  • Hidden advertising, spam, misleading redirects, or attempts to disguise the true destination of a link.

Do not interfere with website security, bypass access restrictions, overload the service, or use automated access that materially disrupts it. Do not falsely suggest a partnership or endorsement by JuicyAgents.

9. Coffee payments, paid advertising, listings, and boosts

Buying JuicyAgents a coffee

You can make an optional one-time support payment, “buy JuicyAgents a coffee”, on the Add Agent page. The amount and currency are shown before you pay, and payment is processed by Stripe. This payment is a voluntary contribution. It does not buy a listing, a faster review, promotion, or any other service, and it does not affect listings or reviews. It does not renew.

If you paid by mistake or were charged the wrong amount, contact hi@alwaysqa.com and we will refund the payment. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

Advertising may be paid. Listing submissions or boosts are charged only when a paid offer is introduced and you expressly agree to buy it. We do not retroactively charge for an existing free listing.

Before you order, we will identify:

  • The service purchased and whether payment covers review, publication, advertising, or a boost.
  • The price, currency, taxes, and any additional compulsory charges.
  • The placement, start arrangements, duration, and delivery measure, such as a display period or agreed number of impressions.
  • Any rotation, targeting, or inventory limits relevant to delivery.
  • The approval process, required materials, and deadlines.
  • Cancellation, refund, and any renewal terms.

The order confirmation forms part of the agreement. Specific agreed order details govern that order, but cannot remove rights that the law protects.

Payment does not guarantee approval or exempt content from our rules. If we reject a prepaid placement before providing it, we refund the undelivered service. A separately agreed review service is treated according to its clearly disclosed terms and applicable law.

Paid placements buy the service described in the order. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, they do not guarantee clicks, leads, customers, revenue, search-engine ranking, or uninterrupted prominence above all other listings.

We label paid promotional placements “Sponsored,” “Advertisement,” or an equally clear label. Advertisers must supply the information needed to identify the advertiser and any different party paying for the advert. Payment does not purchase a favourable editorial opinion or a positive review.

An order does not renew automatically unless you expressly choose an offer that clearly states the renewal price, frequency, and cancellation method. A one-time purchase does not create a subscription.

You are responsible for materials and permissions you supply. We are responsible for delivering the agreed JuicyAgents service. If your late or incomplete materials prevent delivery, we will contact you about a revised start date or cancellation; we will not automatically treat an unpublished campaign as fully delivered.

10. Cancellation, refunds, and delivery problems

You may request cancellation through hi@alwaysqa.com, quoting your order number and identifying the JuicyAgents service.

For business customers without mandatory consumer-equivalent protections, paid orders are binding when accepted. Payments are not refundable merely because you change your mind, stop using the service, or request early removal of an approved advert or listing. A different cancellation policy applies only where stated in the offer or agreed in writing. This rule does not remove refunds or remedies required by law, or the delivery remedies below.

If a subscription is expressly offered and purchased, cancellation normally stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid period. It does not normally refund the current period. A one-time advert or boost ends at the agreed time without renewal. You can cancel by email even if no account cancellation feature is available.

If we fail to provide an agreed service, contact us so we can investigate. Where appropriate, we will offer a correction, extension, or replacement delivery. If the agreed service cannot be provided, we refund the part not supplied, without limiting any stronger legal remedies. We will not substitute a materially different paid placement without agreement. A campaign receiving no clicks or leads is not a delivery failure when those results were not promised in the order.

If content is removed because it breaks these Terms, we may stop the campaign. We will explain the decision where legally permitted. Any refund or deduction will reflect delivery, the agreed order terms, and applicable law; removal does not automatically allow us to keep all prepaid money.

Refunds are normally made to the original payment method. Statutory refund deadlines take priority.

Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights or similar protections given to certain business customers by local law.

If you have the EU statutory right to withdraw from a distance service contract, you can normally withdraw within 14 days after the contract is concluded, without giving a reason. Send a clear statement to hi@alwaysqa.com or Maciej Chmura IdeaUnlock, ul. Tadeusza Kościuszki 1, 32-020 Wieliczka, Poland. You do not have to use the model form below.

To start a paid service during that period, we ask for your separate express request. Where the legal conditions are met, withdrawing after that request may require payment for the proportion already supplied. Starting an advert does not by itself remove your right to withdraw. Loss of that right following full performance requires the legally required prior consent and acknowledgement. Your acceptance of these Terms alone is not that consent.

We refund payments following a valid statutory withdrawal within the period required by law, normally within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal statement, less only a lawful proportional service charge where applicable.

Model withdrawal form:

To: Maciej Chmura IdeaUnlock, ul. Tadeusza Kościuszki 1, 32-020 Wieliczka, Poland; hi@alwaysqa.com

I/we give notice that I/we withdraw from my/our contract for the following service: ……

Ordered on: ……

Order number, if available: ……

Name of consumer(s): ……

Address of consumer(s): ……

Signature of consumer(s), only if submitted on paper: ……

Date: ……

11. Search, order, and paid visibility

Directory search uses text matching and the filters you choose to decide which entries appear. Search results do not measure or certify quality.

On the home page, the default “Featured” order follows our editorial catalogue order and alternates two setup recipes with one ready-made service. “Newest” orders entries by when we last updated them, and “Name” orders them alphabetically. The skills library follows its editorial list order after applying search and category filters. These orders are not performance scores. Recipe ratings and reviews do not change the order of listings, and no entry currently pays for its position.

Where paid visibility is offered, the order describes its effect, such as a separate advertising area, rotation, or a labelled promoted position. A standard listing fee does not purchase improved ranking unless this is expressly part of the offer. Paid visibility does not change the meaning of any independent rating or testing statement.

12. Reports, moderation, and review of decisions

Report suspected illegal content or rights violations to hi@alwaysqa.com, with the subject “JuicyAgents content report”. Include the exact listing URL, the reasons, supporting evidence, your name and email where required, and confirmation that your report is accurate and made in good faith. Identity details need not be included where the law provides an exception. When signed in, you can also report a recipe review with the report option next to it.

We review reports and may request information, reject a submission, remove content, hide a review, limit visibility, or suspend access for unlawful content, a breach of these Terms, fraud, or security risks. We use proportionate measures and explain restrictions and available review options where required. Urgent legal or security issues may require immediate action.

A person reviews every submission and report. We do not use automated tools to make moderation decisions. For recipe reviews, we can hide a review or restore it; we do not change its text.

You can challenge a decision through hi@alwaysqa.com with the relevant URL, decision, and reasons for review. This does not restrict access to courts or any legally required external dispute process. Required notice periods, reasons, and appeal rights take priority over these Terms.

13. Availability and ending the relationship

We may maintain, update, or change the free website. We will handle changes affecting an existing paid order under the agreed delivery and refund rules.

You can delete your account and reviews in your account settings, and request removal of a submission through hi@alwaysqa.com. Cancellation does not erase an existing payment obligation for services already lawfully provided, or remove your statutory rights.

We may end access or a listing relationship for a material breach, unlawful content, repeated abuse, fraud, non-payment, or the closure of the relevant service. We give reasonable notice and an opportunity to correct the issue where appropriate and legally required. Urgent cases are handled as described in section 12.

Where platform-to-business legislation applies, its notice and explanation requirements govern business relationships, including advance notice for termination of the whole service unless a lawful exception applies.

If we close a paid service early for our own reasons, we refund the undelivered part. Content ownership, payments already due, lawful record retention, and provisions intended to resolve an existing dispute continue as needed after termination.

14. Liability and third-party claims

We do not promise that a third-party tool will meet your needs or produce a particular outcome. We remain responsible for our own conduct and the JuicyAgents services we agree to provide.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional wrongdoing, death or personal injury where it cannot lawfully be limited, or any other responsibility that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

For business customers who do not have mandatory consumer-equivalent protections, and only as far as applicable law allows, we exclude liability for indirect losses and lost profits arising from the service. Our total liability arising from JuicyAgents services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for JuicyAgents services during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim or EUR 100. This cap does not limit the refund of prepaid fees for undelivered services or the liabilities excluded from limitation above.

For those business customers only, if your unlawful content or breach of your ownership promises causes a third-party claim against us, you will reimburse reasonable, documented losses to the extent caused by your breach. We will notify you promptly, allow reasonable participation in the defence, and will not agree a settlement binding you without your agreement. You are not responsible for losses caused by our own fault. This clause does not apply to consumers or customers who have equivalent mandatory protections.

15. Complaints, privacy, and newsletter

Send service complaints to hi@alwaysqa.com with the relevant listing or order, a description of the problem, and the solution you request. We aim to respond within 14 calendar days. Any shorter or binding legal response deadline takes priority. We will explain our decision and any proposed remedy.

Maciej Chmura IdeaUnlock is the controller of personal data processed to operate the JuicyAgents directory, manage accounts, reviews, and submissions, handle payments and advertising orders, and respond to enquiries. Our Privacy Policy explains this processing. Our Cookie Policy explains cookies and similar technologies. These Terms do not act as consent for optional tracking or marketing.

Listing details and promotional materials submitted for publication are intended to be public, and so are reviews. Do not include private billing details, passwords, or other confidential information in them. Payment, account, and support data are handled under the Privacy Policy. For privacy requests, contact hi@alwaysqa.com.

Newsletter subscription is optional. Accepting these Terms, using Find My Agents, or making a payment does not automatically subscribe you. You can unsubscribe through the method described in each newsletter.

Creators and advertisers can ask hi@alwaysqa.com for a copy of the information we hold about their listing or order, including after it ends. An advertising purchase does not grant access to visitors' personal information.

16. Changes to these Terms and future fees

We may change these Terms for changes to services, security needs, legal requirements, or clarification. We explain material changes and notify affected customers through a method they can save, such as email, with reasonable advance notice and any longer notice required by law. Urgent legal or security changes may use a lawful shorter period.

Existing fixed orders keep their agreed price and delivery terms unless a lawful change is separately agreed. Future fees require a new paid offer and acceptance; posting revised Terms does not authorise a charge.

Where EU platform-to-business change rules apply, we provide at least 15 days' notice, and more where necessary for adaptation, unless a lawful exception applies. Affected users retain the termination rights required by that legislation.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of Poland. For consumers, this choice does not remove mandatory protections of the law that otherwise applies to them.

For business customers without equivalent mandatory protections, the courts competent for the registered business address of Maciej Chmura IdeaUnlock in Poland have exclusive jurisdiction, to the extent legally permitted. Consumer jurisdiction rights remain unaffected.

You may contact us to try to resolve a dispute, but doing so is not a condition for using a legal remedy. Consumers can find information about out-of-court dispute resolution from the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK). We have not committed to use a particular out-of-court dispute resolution body.

If a clause is unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue so far as legally possible. We do not replace an unfair consumer clause in a way that removes the consumer's rights.
