Set up an agent
Understand where the agent runs and what you need before your first task.
Open the provider’s setup guide
Some agents run in a browser service. Others use a desktop app, a coding tool, or a setup guide inside a platform. Follow the instructions for the specific product you chose.
Check the requirements
Look for the required account, plan, software, and supported integrations. Confirm the price with the provider. A download, a prompt, and a ready-made agent can each need a different setup.
Give it the input it needs
Start with the notes, file, or example that the task requires. Add an integration only when the task needs it. Check whether the connection can read information, change it, or both.
Try the first task in your own tool
