OVERVIEW
About Teal
Teal is a job search workspace that combines a resume builder with an application tracker. Its Chrome extension saves jobs from over 40 popular job boards into one list, where you track stages, notes and follow-ups. For each saved job it highlights keywords from the description, so you can tailor a resume version to match. AI credits draft resume bullets, summaries and cover letters, and the homepage also lists AI interview practice. The free plan covers unlimited resumes and job tracking, which is enough for many searches.
Teal does not apply to jobs for you. You edit every resume and cover letter and submit each application yourself. Check every AI-written bullet against what you actually did, because a keyword match is not a reason to claim experience you do not have. Teal+ renews every 7, 30 or 90 days until you cancel, and some reviewers were caught out by charges they forgot about. Cancelling stops the next renewal, so set a reminder for when your search ends.
