Choose one small task and try your first skill with sample data.
Choose something you can check
Pick a small task, such as turning sample notes into an action list. Decide what a useful result should include before you begin.
Find a skill for that task
Browse the Skills library and open the source. Check the instructions, supported AI tool, and setup requirements. Start with a skill you understand and can test without connecting extra accounts.
Add it, then ask for the task
Follow the installation guide for your AI tool. Ask it to use the skill with a short sample. Give it the input, the result you need, and a rule for missing information.
Use the meeting-recap skill with these sample notes. List decisions and actions. Include owners only when the notes name them. Mark missing details as “not provided”.Compare the result with your notes
Check that every decision and action comes from the input. If something is wrong, explain the problem and try again. Keep the first task small enough that you can review all of it.
