About Parseur
Parseur pulls data out of emails, PDFs, scans and spreadsheets and turns it into rows you can use. You forward documents to a dedicated mailbox, upload them or send them through the API. You name the fields you want in plain words, and its AI finds them even when layouts change. A template option suits fixed layouts where you want more control. Typical jobs include invoices, bank statements, order confirmations and lead emails.
Results can go to Google Sheets or Excel, be downloaded as CSV or JSON, or be passed to Zapier, Make, Power Automate or a webhook. Extraction runs automatically, and Parseur alerts you when a document needs a look. It does not message customers or suppliers, but whatever it extracts flows straight into your connected tools. Start with a sample of real documents and compare the output field by field before relying on it. Data is processed and stored in the EU, and HIPAA compliance is still in progress.
