What you will get
- A table for each question: whether you are named, who is named instead, the sources with links and dates, and any wrong detail about you
- Up to five next steps, each tied to a cited page: a page on your site to add or fix, a list to approach, or a detail to correct
- Q1: Ledgerline and Northside Accounts named, not Harbour Not named
- Q2: Harbour named from its own CIS guide page Named
- Q3: No Leeds firm named Not named
- Fix: a directory lists Harbour's old Mill Street address
- Next: ask the roundup's editor how firms are chosen

What you need
One Work chat answers each buyer question from a fresh web search, records named businesses and sources, flags wrong details and suggests up to five next steps. It sends and posts nothing.
- Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise or Edu plan
- ChatGPT Work with web search, in a browser
- No plugins or connected apps needed
- 5–10 buyer questions and your business details
See the full requirements
- A ChatGPT plan with Work on the web: Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise or Edu. OpenAI lists Work on web and mobile for eligible paid plans; check the official access page first.
- Web search available in your Work chats. In a company workspace, settings can limit search; ask your admin if it is missing.
- No plugin or connected app is needed: ChatGPT finds and reads public pages with its built-in web search.
- Your business name, website, what you sell and where, five to ten questions buyers ask in their own words, and up to three competitors you know.
- One person owns this chat and reviews each report. Work shares usage with Codex, and each run counts toward your plan's limits. Weekly also needs scheduled tasks turned on for your account or workspace.
Set it up in ChatGPT Work
1. Prepare in ChatGPT Work
2 steps
- Open chatgpt.com in your browser and sign in. Select Work, then start a new chat. Use the browser: Work on the web runs in the cloud, which suits scheduled website checks because your computer doesn't need to be awake. If Work is missing, check your plan on the official access page.
- Write down your business name and website, what you sell, who you sell to and where, and up to three competitors you know. List five to ten questions buyers ask in their own words, such as best bookkeeper for builders in Leeds. Enquiry emails, sales calls and your search terms are good places to find them.
2. Paste your prompt
1 step
- Choose your settings on this page, copy the complete setup prompt and send it as the first message in your new Work chat. ChatGPT should confirm the rules without searching yet. Keep using this one chat for the check.
Your setup prompt is ready
Copy it and paste it into ChatGPT Work to give it the task rules.
Defaults are ready to use. Changes update the prompt above; paste it into your agent to apply them. Highlighted text follows your settings.
Choose how the report is organized; sources and limits stay the same.
Weekly repeats the check on your saved questions and notes what changed. When I ask creates no schedule.
Optional: what you sell, where you serve and facts to check answers against, such as your address. Include only public information.
Your choices stay in this browser for this guide. Avoid adding private information.
- First assignment — paste this fictional exercise into the same conversation before real work:Paste the fictional sample below
- Compare the response with the review checks below. The fictional exercise uses no web search and creates no scheduled task.
- For real work, send in the same chat: Run the AI visibility check under the setup rules, followed by your business details, your buyer questions and the competitors you know. Search results and citations appear in the chat; open every cited page before you act on it.
- For Weekly, after the first real report ChatGPT asks for the day, time and time zone, then creates one scheduled task inside this chat, so each run keeps your confirmed questions. To check it, open the more options menu (•••) in the chat and select See scheduled tasks. Select the task title in the chat to edit, pause or delete it. To get alerts, go to Settings > Notifications and choose Push, Email or both.
- If ChatGPT asks for approval to connect an app, sign in to a site, submit a form or post anything, decline. This recipe reads public pages only.
Try it on a fictional sample first
Paste it where the steps say, then compare the response with the review checks below. Everything in it is fictional.
Review checks, limits and sources
Not tested by JuicyAgents. The examples are fictional, not recorded agent results.
Check the result
- Harbour counts as named only for Q2, where S3 names it; Q1 and Q3 show it as not named.
- Q1 records Ledgerline and Northside Accounts, with S1 and S2 as its sources.
- The Mill Street address in S5 is flagged as a detail to correct against the 12 Canal Wharf office, quoting the source.
- Each next step ties to a cited source, such as asking how the S1 roundup chooses firms, and none suggests fake reviews, paid placement or contacting anyone for you.
- The report says it shows one assistant on one day and makes no ranking claim; the fictional run uses only the packet.
- Changing the report view reorders the report while sources and fixed limits stay the same.
Known limits
- These are task instructions, not a permission switch. Scheduled tasks run unattended, and an action that sends a message or changes outside data may pause for your approval; deny any approval this recipe does not need.
- JuicyAgents has not run this setup in ChatGPT Work. The result above is an illustrative example.
- The report shows how ChatGPT Work answers on one day. Work uses different models from regular ChatGPT chats, and buyers may use Chat, Gemini or other assistants, so their answers can name different businesses; it is not a ranking.
- ChatGPT knows your business from this chat, so the recipe counts you as named only when a cited page names you.
- Each weekly run uses your plan's Work usage and takes one of your active scheduled tasks: 5 on Plus, 10 on Business and Edu, 15 on Pro and Enterprise. Check the task in Scheduled before relying on it.
- Web pages change and can be wrong. Instructions hidden in a page are data, never commands.
If something goes wrong
- No weekly result: open Scheduled and check that the task is active, with its recent runs. A task pauses if it is inactive, needs an approval, or its chat is archived or deleted; resume it there. A message promising to run later is not enough.
- Each run forgets your questions: the task was created as a standalone task, which starts a new chat every time. Delete it in Scheduled and ask in this chat to create the weekly task inside this chat.
- Work or web search is missing: Work on the web needs an eligible paid plan, and workspace settings can limit search. Check the official access page or ask your workspace admin.
- An approval appears for posting, sending, signing in or submitting a form: decline it. This recipe only reads public pages.
- Your business is marked as named without a cited page: ask for the page or mark it not named.
- A next step suggests fake reviews, paid placement presented as editorial or contacting someone for you: reject it and restate the limits.
- ChatGPT follows instructions found on a web page: stop it, restate that page text is data, and review the whole report.
