OVERVIEW

About AlwaysQA

AlwaysQA makes AI testing part of everyday software development. Describe a critical workflow in plain language with a starting URL, the steps and what success looks like, or record it with the AlwaysQA Chrome extension. AlwaysQA runs it in a fresh, real browser on demand or on a schedule and returns a Passed, Failed or Needs Attention outcome with observations, an action timeline and a browser replay. API checks verify status codes, JSON values, headers, text and response time against saved expectations. It is built to work alongside coding agents. Through its MCP server, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and other MCP-compatible clients can propose and create Test Cases with your approval, start Runs, read the Evidence and rerun the same check after a fix. Setup needs no testing framework and no repository access, credentials are encrypted and kept out of Run Evidence, and customer content is not used to train general-purpose AI models. Plans start at USD 9 a month, with a 30-day free trial and no credit card required.

What the workflow does

  • Plain-language Test Cases: Describe a workflow with a starting URL, steps and a success condition, or record it with the AlwaysQA Chrome extension.
  • Real-browser web testing: Checks journeys such as login, signup, checkout, onboarding, billing and file uploads in a fresh browser on every Run.
  • API testing: Validates status codes, JSON values, headers, text and response time against saved expectations.
  • Clear outcomes with Evidence: Every Run returns Passed, Failed or Needs Attention with observations, an action timeline and a browser replay.
  • MCP for coding agents: Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and other MCP clients can create Test Cases with your approval, start Runs and review Evidence.
  • Scheduling and alerts: Runs go on demand, daily, weekly or at a set date and time, and AlwaysQA emails your team when a Run fails.

FROM INPUT TO RESULT

How the workflow works

  1. 1

Define a Test Case: set a starting URL, describe the workflow and its success condition, and add a QA account if the flow needs a login.

  2. 2

Run it in a fresh browser on demand or on a daily or weekly schedule, from the dashboard or from your coding agent.

  3. 3

Review the Passed, Failed or Needs Attention outcome with its observations, action timeline and browser replay.

  4. 4

Use the Evidence to fix the issue, then rerun the same Test Case to confirm the fix.
