Write a clear work request
Turn your rough draft into one short message with the request first, the real deadline, and only the context the reader needs.

What you will get
One short message and a brief check of any missing essential detail
Illustrative example · fictional input
- Example input
- Fictional draft for an existing coworker, Dana. P1: We discussed the draft workshop agenda last week and I have now updated it. P2: I need Dana to confirm whether Room B is available for the 20 October workshop. P3: If Room B is unavailable, please tell me; no alternative room is agreed yet. P4: A reply by 15 October would let me finish the agenda. P5 repeats P1. No agenda link or attachment is supplied. Rewrite as a clear routine request without adding an attachment.
- Example result
- Illustrative result, not a recorded run: draft: Dana, could you confirm by 15 October whether Room B is available for our workshop on 20 October? I have updated the agenda, and your reply will help me finish it. If Room B is unavailable, please let me know; we have not agreed another room.
The request appears first and keeps both dates distinct. No attachment, alternative room or booking is invented. The repeated background sentence is removed. Only one message draft is returned and nothing is sent.
What you need
Paste the draft you already wrote and say who will read it. There is no need to label paragraphs or explain a whole workflow. The result is one message to review and send yourself. For an already clear request, keep the original.
- A ChatGPT account with access to Work on the web. Check your current account allowance; usage depends on your plan.
- Use notes you are allowed to share. Paste them in ChatGPT with the prompt; no plugin, API key, project or custom bot is needed.
- Keep the original material available for the short review below. Missing optional details can stay unknown.
Set it up
- Open ChatGPT in your browser, sign in and select Work if available in your account. Start a new chat for this task.
- Copy the prompt below and paste it into ChatGPT. Add the notes listed under What you need in the same message, in their current form. Keep the default option or change it here first. The assistant will start with your inputs; no separate setup conversation is needed.
- Read the message once for names, dates and commitments, then send it yourself if it says what you mean.
Your setup prompt is ready
Copy the ready prompt, or customize it with the settings. Paste it into ChatGPT Work to give it the task rules.
Customize (optional)
Defaults are ready to use. Changes update the prompt here; paste it into your agent to apply them.
Schedule: When I ask.
Use the default or choose the other layout. Both keep the same facts and review checks.
Your choices stay in this browser for this guide. Avoid adding private information.

Review checks, limits and sources
Not tested by Juicy Agents. The examples are fictional, not recorded agent results.
Check the result
- The request appears first and keeps both dates distinct.
- No attachment, alternative room or booking is invented.
- The repeated background sentence is removed.
- Only one message draft is returned and nothing is sent.
Known limits
- Not tested by Juicy Agents. The sample and expected result are fictional; usefulness and time savings have not been measured.
- A clearer request does not ensure that the recipient agrees or responds.
- Sensitive or high-impact messages fall outside this routine rewrite.
If something goes wrong
- The draft adds promises: remove them and ask it to use only your original facts.
- The draft is longer than your message: ask for the request, reason and essential details only.
